By using our website, booking consultations, or receiving treatments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to respect and follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use any of our services.

3. Medical disclaimer

The content presented on this website is for general information only and does not represent medical advice.

Different individuals will present different treatment results. Clients’ feedback and before & after photos represent individual results and experiences and do not guarantee similar/identical results for all patients.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not medically appropriate or safe following a thorough medical consultation and assessment.

4. Website use

You may use our website for browsing our services and treatments, booking consultations and appointments, accessing the educational information, or contacting our clinic.

You must not use the website for any illegal purposes, try to gain unauthorised access to any of our systems, copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or share our website content without our permission, transmit viruses or malicious codes, use automated systems to access the website, impersonate another person or entity.

5. Booking and consultations

You can book online consultations through our partner platform at https://partner.pabau.com/online-bookings/aesthetic-solace-alexandra-mitrea?groupCategory=0. By booking, you agree to provide accurate information and attend your scheduled appointment.

The consultations are free of charge however to secure your appointment a deposit is required at the time of booking:

  • Consultation: £20 deposit, fully redeemed against your chosen treatment
  • All other services: 25% of the service price

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: the deposit is non-refundable
  • No-Shows: 30% of the service price will be charged (deposit included)

Please note, we use/accept the following methods of payment:

  • Online via Stripe
  • All major debit and credit cards

CASH PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change, suspension or discontinuance of any of our services.

6. Pre-treatment requirements

All treatments require an in-depth face-to-face medical consultation and assessment.

You must provide complete and accurate medical history information, medications and previous treatments. The completion of the Medical Health and Consent forms is mandatory. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment complications and will void any liability on our part.

All treatments offered are contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Valid photo ID is required to confirm age: 18+ years of age is mandatory for all treatments.

Treatment will be refused if you have an active skin infection/inflammation in the treatment area, unrealistic expectations about results, blood clotting disorders, body dysmorphic disorders or psychological contraindications, allergies to any of the treatment components.

7. Post-treatment information

You are aware that the treatments results cannot be guaranteed and are subjective. Treatments effects and duration may vary depending on the individual and the procedure undertaken and sometimes multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.

Temporary side effects may occur such as swelling, bruising, or redness. Specific written post-treatment advice will be provided during/post consultation/treatment which you must follow accordingly. You must attend the follow-up appointment as scheduled, report any concerns or complications immediately, avoid specified activities as advised post-treatment, use recommended skincare and sun protection.

All aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks and potential complications. You will be provided with detailed information about specific risks during your consultation and will be required to sign a comprehensive consent form before any treatment can proceed.

Free complimentary touch-ups may be offered within specified timeframe for certain treatments.

Additional treatments may be required at additional cost.

Before and after photos are taken with explicit patient consent and are used for insurance purposes only; they are strictly confidential and only used for medico-legal reasons.

8. Emergency procedures

For out-of-hours emergencies and/or serious complications, you must report to the nearest Accident & Emergency department.

9. Intellectual property

We always endeavour to maintain high standards of care however we cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

In no case shall Aesthetic Solace Alexandra Mitrea and its staff be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

We use Pabau for online booking. Their terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of their services.

Third-party payment processors may have additional terms and conditions that apply to transactions.

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

14. Complaints and disputes

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly at info@aestheticsolacealexandramitrea.co.uk or 07597 786060. Any disputes will be governed by the English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The complaint should include details such as the client’s name, contact details, nature of the complaint, and any relevant supporting documents. Upon receiving a formal complaint, Aesthetic Solace Alexandra Mitrea will acknowledge receipt within 7-14 working days. The client may be contacted for additional information or clarification during the investigation. A written response will be provided to the client within 7-14 days of acknowledging the complaint which will include the findings of the investigation, any remedial actions taken, and information about the client’s right to escalate the matter if not satisfied.

15. Updates to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes represents acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions or public health emergencies.
